At The Tile Collection, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all bathroom products supplied by The Tile Collection are backed by a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty against manufacturing defects.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Faults that occur under normal residential use.
- Replacement parts or product replacement, where approved by the manufacturer.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation.
- Improper use, abuse, or neglect.
- Accidental damage or impact.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or improper maintenance.
- Commercial use, unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.
Warranty Conditions
- Products must be installed by a suitably qualified tradesperson in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Any suspected manufacturing fault should be reported as soon as it is identified.
- The manufacturer will assess each claim before approving repair, replacement, or other remedies.
Products with Different Warranty Periods
Some products may carry a longer or shorter warranty period. Where applicable, the warranty period will be clearly stated on the individual product page and will override this general warranty policy.
